  • Please note that Mizuna is a heat-sensitive plant and grows best when the temperature is between 64 to 72 °F (18 to 22°C). Higher temperatures inhibit germination and promote bolting.
  • You may start harvesting single leaves approximately three to four weeks after planting. Alternatively, harvest the whole plant after five weeks of growth – it’s up to you.
  • Mizuna is a fast-growing plant pod. If it ages more than six weeks, it may lose some of its nutritional value and signature flavor.
  • No need to thin, allow all seedlings to thrive!
